We are 46 km from Oostende-Brugge Airport, 29 km from Kortrijk-Wevelgem, 120 km from Brussels-Zaventem and 100 km from Brussels-Charleroi.
The station of the Lille Europe TGV Trains is at 55 km from Ieper and the Eurotunnel Terminal in Calais at 95 km.
The North Sea (40 km) is reached after 30 minutes and Heuvelland (10 km) after 10 minutes.

- Is there a minimum number of days stay?
There is no minimum number of days stay.
- What is the maximum number of people?
You can book for up to 4 people. To do this, you will request the reservation of the “red” and “blue” room together.
Each room has a double bed.
If you only come with 2 people, choose the “red” or the “blue” room. In this case, we block the second room so that you have the privacy of the accommodations.
If you want to come with 2 people but still want separate rooms, you also choose the “red” and „blue” rooms together.
- How does the reservation proceeds?
You choose the dates and the room(s) on the availability page, you fill in the reservation form under the appropriate calendar and you send the form by clicking the „Request Reservation” button. (You also mention your phone number).
You will receive an answer “Thanks! Your reservation request will be confirmed soon.” as soon as the reservation form has been sent.
We will check your request and the availability and send you a confirmation email.
We ask you to confirm your booking request within 24 hours.
- Are there bicycles for rent or available?
There are bicycles for hire at bicycle stores near our home.
We provide theme routes and maps for the cycling node network. They are offered free of charge to our guests.
- What amenities are available in the (bath)room?
All guest room amenities and comfort facilities are available in the room and the bathroom (fresh linen, bath towels, shampoo, body soap, bath robe, hair dryer, …)
- Is there special tourist tax?
The tourist tax is included in the stated price.
